I like the NGK TR55ix plugs better, but to each their own [/quote
did you re gap the ngk's or did you use the as they come?

Has anyone tried the MSD iridium spark plugs? I have msd plug wires and they've been good so far? Maybe I should try them out! What do you guys think?
-
Thanks for the updated part # I've been looking for ac Delco plugs on summits website and there appears to be to different Delco plugs that fit! Anyone know which ones are best?In searching, I think that number was replaced by 41-110.
-
Thanks again man!AC Delco has a website with an online catalog you can look up your parts. For an 06 the factory plug number is #4 41-962 professional platinum.
-
I can't find my manual! Do we have platinum or iridium plugs from factory?
-
That was a hard read! It reminds me of the reality of maybe this happening to me one day! It sucks that we have to deal with thieves! I hope you find your trailblazer SS in good shape and they catch those scumbag thieves!
-
That's impressive! And also expensive! But totally badass!!
-
Cool! I'll have to look for my manual! Thanks! If you have an owners manual for your truck it's in the back.... For the delco #.
-
Anybody have part#'s for both ac Delco and NGK plugs? These online catalogs are a little confusing! Thanks!
-
That sounds great! I'll look into the ngks! Thanks!!truck responds better and pulls harder.
-
Better? How so? Just wondering!I like the NGK TR55ix plugs better, but to each their own

Hello everyone! My truck is about to hit 70k miles and I'm thinking of replacing the stock plugs! My question is should I get ac Delco plugs again? Or is there something better out there? Any feed back will be appreciated! Please give part #s for plugs if possible! Thanks!

Is the carbon bowtie still available? Where in Socal?
-
Sweet ride man! Congrats!!
-
Congrats! Nice looking truck you got there!!

It's only been a week but so far so good! No dust yet and no noise! Peddle feels good too!
-
So I'm going with these adaptive one pads from Napa! I guess I'll see if there any good in a few weeks! Thanks guys for all the tips!!
-
So are Napa ceramic pads good? Or are the ones at another parts store better?
-
Thanks for all the good info guys! My local Napa isn't doing to good and I kinda want to buy from them! Does Napa sell good break pads? Or should I go elsewhere?
Oh yeah! I'm thinking ceramic pads!
-
Hello everyone! My truck is in need of some new break pads up front and I'm wondering what pads are best? And from where? Looking for OE replacement not aftermarket stuff! Like from auto parts stores! Let me know what you guys think! And why? Thanks!!

Those 6.2's are no joke!!

I had the exact opposite happen to me! I got better ET's with the flowmaster then with a magnaflow! I've heard of them rotting out on people but I've had mine for close to 8 years and other then the black paint burning off its held up good! Living in Cali probably has something to do with that tho! Lol!When I bought and owned my ss many years ago it had a flowcrapper on it and for the most part it sounded good. But on long trips on the highway the drone was so bad it was annoying.
I used to the the annual SS meet at the Lebanon race way and got some good times. With a tune and the flowcrapper.
After the flowcrapper rotted off I bought a dual in/out dynomax x flow. The truck was so much more responsive and quicker. Better times and quicker response.
All I'm saying is flowcrapper safe good on older vehicles. But again if you have one and like it cool, just saying there not made to last anymore and they drone!!!
If you want the most sound as possible? Go dual!!so the question now is single or dual 250's?
-
Those numbers are probably right for an all wheel drive with Bolt ons? But were talking about just a muffler swap here! Anyways you can't tell me a 6000# truck won't benefit from a little back pressure off the line!!This is full of fail.. These trucks don't need a bunch of back pressure to get going. 0-60 in 5.3 seconds and 1.80 60ft times lol I need no help. Flowshitters are at the bottom of the flow charts. If your looking for performance get a muffler with no baffles. Each to there own and everyone has an opinion. Just depends on what your looking for.
