Does it just have the nav system or is a dvd player to. also would you happen to have any pics.

Is it possible to get a new GM navigation system that will hook up with my existing system in my 2004 SS. I have the Bose system with XM Radio and On-Star, I also have the controls on the stereo and I would like to keep them. Has anyone done this or know how to do it.

Ok so i am going to ask a dumb question but what is a reverse drum and is it expensive

Lately I have been having an issue with my 04 AWD SS. Sometimes when it is put in reverse it will not move. If I put it back in park and then reverse it moves but feels like it is slipping before going in gear. Anyone else have this problem and is my transmission about to take a dump?

Ok the damage was $1020. FOR A VALVE SPRING! I need to find where I can get the service manuels for my truck. Can't afford to keep shelling out that kind of money.

I wish I had the time but for know I will have to pay up.

Ok dealer called today. It seems I have a broken valve spring. Its going to cost me about $1000. Well I guess it could be worse they said it would be back on mon.

Yes, actually I replaced the plugs and wires. but thats not the problem.

So about a week ago I posted for the first time. My truck was not running very good. Since then I have been tring to figure out what is wrong with it. I finally broke down and took it to a Mechanic. He told me that Cylinders 1 and 3 are not firing, but the compresion in the motor is fine. He said that he could not fix it and that it would have to go to someone that works on motors. Since I need the truck I had it towed to the dealership. They are going to call and give me an estimate tommorow. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME.

Yes I can get it to restart but it still runs very rough and I have to hold the gas to keep it running. If I let off it idles rough and cuts off.

Yes I started it up today and it ran very choppy for about 1 min then shut off. It seemed to smoke alot this time. I tryed again and you have to push the gas pedal some to get it to run. The service engine light is on. I am not sure how to pull the codes on the truck. I do not have anything that I can pull them with is their a way to pull them on the DIC like on a Corvette?

Got an SS back in Oct of 08. I just went to my folks house and it stalled out like it was out of gas. Checked the fuel and it was over 1/4 tank. I was on a bit of a decline so I added some gas to it but it still stalls out. I am thinking it is the fuel pump gone bad. Any help would be appreciated.
