Exactly what i was hoping to hear , i know GM makes good trucks but in the past they have always needed alternators oh every 15000 miles or so. Looking at getting either an 03 or newer SS or a 02 and newer GMC sierra Denali any major differences in these 2 trucks? i know the later Denali trucks come in a Crew Cab and the might be helpful in the future. Do the SS's Rear Doors open aswell?

Hello All , newbie here from Red Deer Alberta , just looking at gathering up some info on these Trucks cause i look to buy one in the near future. Is there any topics already started for general Problems that occur with these trucks? what should i be looking for when i go and drive and look at these vehicals? thanks Drew
