    1971 starcraft 21 ft boat

    1999 suzuki marauder 800

    1985 blazer-small block chevy swap

    1984 pontiac fiero

    how much for the blazer?

sucks about the truck bro...id hate to see mine go, im sure its not easy to let go of

  2. Don't have a 4 channel left from my old system or id sell it to you but try hifisoundconnection.com

They have factory refurb Kicker amps that are basically brand new for CHEAP! I was running 3 of them with my last system and one of my friends is running 2 currently in his truck, never had any problems out of them. Great amps, hope you find something.

  3. My taylor wires should be here tomorrow and going on the truck either tomorrow night or saturday. I doubt that my plugs NEED to be changed but i figure since i have new plugs sitting around i might as well change them. Swapping out for the cheaper TR55 V power plugs, next 6 months or so ill go back with the iridiums. Only using the vpowers because i got them basically free from summit. I hope i see the same milage increases that you did, im already getting abut 14-15 in town, 16+ would be GREAT!!!

  4. i dont even carry cd's anymore, i traded a used kicker CVX 12'' sub for an ipod touch and love it. sound quality is great but for some reason recently ive been getting some backround buzz from the speakers. only reason i noticed it is the ipod stopped playing but my head unit was still set on USB...i have no idea whats causing it but other than that having the ipod is way better than dragging around all your cds

  5. ive got a fresh set of plugs sitting in the garage ready to go in when i get new wires, just waiting for payday :) ill be going with the Taylor wires too, hope i get the same mileage improvements! where did you get yours from? ive looked around quite a bit and looks like Summit is the cheapest.

  6. restrictions are really based on which muffler you go with and the size of the pipes. if youre running say a dual in/out muffler like a flowmaster 60 or 70 series with more baffles, it will be more restrictive than the corsa which has a straight through design. and on the flip side you can get into that area where your exhaust is too "free flowing" unless you have other engine mods to compensate. example: running dual 3" pipes from the headers back with no other engine upgrades like air intake/cam/tune things like that you wont benefit as much from not having any back pressure.

right now on my SS im running stock manifolds, cats and intermediate pipe with 2 flowmaster single chamber race mufflers with no other mods really. Once i get my air intake, headers and cam ill be running dual 3" pipes. anything over that is too big imo

  7. the corsa is a single in/single out muffler. The stock exhaust on an SS truck is dual in/out. so it could have something to do with the tuning down into the single piping. not sure how the exhaust is on the 07 vmax but i would assume being the 6.0L that the stock exhaust would be dual in/out like the SS. but basically thats them saying "we want you to spend money for the whole kit, not get your exhaust shop to throw in a y-pipe and weld in our muffler" they want you to pay for their y pipe, their muffler, their tailpipe & tips. im sure with some looking you can probably find someone selling just the muffler...i think someone was selling one on here not too long ago. hope this helps

  8. Posting these up for a buddy of mine. Like the title says theyre a set of 22" chrome American Racing Prism wheels with Kumaho tires. Tires have some life left but not much. Looking to get $1,100 for wheels and tires. Local pickup is preferred but shipping can be set up and paid for by the buyer. To get in contact with him his e-mail is [email protected] and his name is John. Thanks for looking guys, I can get ahold of him also and will pm his cell number if needed.

Tire size is 305/45R22 and wheel offset is 18mm

  9. i had a granatelli MAF sensor on my 2003 5.3L...couldnt really justify that it improved hp/tq, milage, etc. because i never got the truck dynoed before/after. some people say they work and some say they dont. without getting a dyno run in before and after the install theres not much way to tell. maybe if you incorporated it with a custom tune it might help somewhat :dunno: throttle body spacer on the other hand....doesnt help anything, just a waste of 50-100 bucks. and unless you have the stock fan and shroud on your truck with an aftermarket intake it will just make the tube hit the shroud and possibly even the fan. only thing that little piece of metal does it make a cool whistling sound under throttle.
