  1. This might just be the head unit but you can piece together an entire kit for almost $1,000 cheaper than you can buy an entire kit from Procharger or a dealer. Plus the intake tubes are cheap plastic, charge air are boots are cheap, and so are the clamps. The intercooler is par at best as well.

    Things you need:

Bracket to mount the head unit. If you can get lucky and find someone selling one jump on it. Hopefully its polished liked the head unit above. If not you can get one directly from Procharger or dealer. This is one of two things you will only need from Procharger at best.

Various 3" - 3 3/4" aluminum tubing, straights, 90's, 45's. Once you figure out how you want to route your tubing, you will need to find someone that can TIG weld. I had a machine shop weld mine so they are leak free.

Silicone charge air boots. Straights, reducers, hump hoses, ect.

    3" - 3 3/4" T-bolt clamps

Intercooler - plenty of nice cooler out there. need to measure where you want to mount it and order accordingly. Also dont forget how you want to mount it too.

Blow off valve. You can find these around as well. If not there are many companies that sell nice ones. I got mine form Tial and had them install the "supercharger" spring inside. You will also need to have the flange for the BOV welded to your intercooler piping.

Pulley - you can make a WTB thread for a pulley. I know a good handfull on this site that have a few. You will need to trial and error this to achieve your desired boost levels.

Pulley/headunit bolt and washer - You will need to call Prochager direct to get this. Its a special washer.

Air filter. I chose a "marine" filter for cosmetic purposes only. Your choice to find one

Depending on your goals for the truck will determine if you need to keep your MAF sensor or not. Plenty of info on this subject if you search

    Again I pieced mine together

Good luck w/ the sale Rick

    Unreal, beautiful job

  2. first off, the truck are great for towing regaurdless of the hieght. The truck might sit alittle lower with the heavyer trailer. ive pull my 21 foot center console and three place sled trailer with three sleds inside without a problem. Perfect buy to tow a wakeboard boat.

for mods id say the best to do is first the exhaust such as dualies or long tube headers. Also id look to a shift kit and a tune, it will increase mpg and tow much smoother. Also an intake would be good such as a K&N. Those are all the easyest mods and are easily under 3 grand. Around 250 for the intake, i paid 125 for a shift kit from a guy of this site, a good set of longtubes are around 500 and a exhaust without the cats so basically pipe can run from 500 to 700 or more or less depending on how much you want done and what type. The truck really sound great with a nice exhaust tone.

  3. are the ducts the same exact specs as oem cause they look alittle wierd on the truck. Great deal since gm wants somethign like 130 to 150 for factory made.

As for the bumper, would get one but im too far away and since you wont ship couldent work. For anyone else looking for covers, ebays got some good deals, just got one for 228 already primed and shipped. just to help anyone who is not in KY.

  4. CTSSS pm sent

03' SSsilverado shipping looks like 400 to 450 so wont be able to do that.

rims have only seen the road for less than 3 months, forget who asked that but will just throw it out there. Gonna post the wheels up on other classifieds where i've seen interest before, but want to give the ss guys the best deals and first dibs.

CTSSS i have you first in line regardless.

  5. I was just watching cyrus the movie. Towards the beginning there's an ss that looks like california plates. Looks like it has duallies anybody on this site have that truck. If this has already been said my bad I'm on my phone so too lazy to search it.
