So I've had my SSS for a week now, and have been tryin to run Hemi, Mustang, etc.. and haven't had anyone want to run. So last night I'm in the Ft. Myers area and what I think is a early 90 model mustang gt (I thought it had a 4.6 emblem on the side) pulls up next to me while driving about 30mph I hit the gas to rev the motor and he takes off(I wasn't expecting that, but should have) So I hit the gas and pull away from him, then he wouldn't get back beside me and finally turned off. My heart was pumping so fast I kept tryin everybody who pulled next to me but got no one elsa to bite. For anyone who reads this is it likely to beat one again? Or did the driver not know how to drive? I never heard him back out of it so I'm curious.

Alright so I got alot of Supercharger info, But it's obvious from all the feedback that some tranny mods need to be done to handle the extra power. So all the info I can get will be great ( I'd rather not break anything ).

Alright we've established I need to do some tranny work before the supercharger, what kind of suggestions do yall have for me...? I see that alot of guys have HD 2 shift kits, is there other things like changing the tail shaft that I should do..?

I recieved a quote today from pt.net for a new radix 112 $4899, the photo instuctions looked pretty simple. I'm wondering if I should do a shift kit of some kind in the tranny first. any feed back would be great....

I just need guidance on what steps to take...I have never got this into engine mods, I also have a '96 Impala SS I'm going to need to plan for...But I think I want to mod the SSS first. Maybe just put some spray to the Impala.

If there is anybody around the Lakeland, Tampa, or Orlando area hit me up I haven't seen any in Lakeland. Tryin to find some to b/s with about mods and stuff.

Hey thanks for all the info, from what I've been reading the Radix sounds like a great kit to have, so I guess now I need to sit down and figure it all out, and go one step at a time, gotta buget right.....I'm guessing the Radix comes with transferable warrenties if people are buying used ones? I mean kinda sounds like a gamble to me if they don't..

So in your opinion should I look into a new Radix kit and just bolt it on? and since I already have exhaust( no headers) just go with that? I'm sure it depends on the driver but is this a good idea for an everyday driver? i don't want or need problems, sounds like tranny is the most common problem...???

So from reading around the cost is about 4-7K for the supercharger(new)??? and what about fuel pressure and things like that will i need to do some mods there? what kind of exhaust is suitable? is headers a must?

Alright guys I need some info, I'm not very mechanical savy so bear with me.. I'm interested in a supercharger, What is a good one? Is this a good idea for an everyday driver? Are there injector mods that need to be done? Are there ignition mods that need to be done? or can the stock 6.0 handle this by itself? I just bought an '05 SSS AWD 67,000 miles the only mod I know of that has been done performace wise is exhaust : Flowmaster(not sure which ones) should I change the exhaust? I'm looking into seeing if it has been tuned. or should I find another route to make more HP? Thanks for any help...

Alright, I am trying to post pics of my truck in my garage, signature, and other places, and have only been able to post in my avatar. It tells me my pic files are to big, I have reduced the files on my camera and there still to big, I tried using photobucket and resizing the pics and the browse area won't take the link..it will only take from pics in my desktop, I am using a Nikon D-60 which takes big megapix pictures, but surely someone knows what I'm doing wrong. i posted pics in my gallery and tried editing them but it gave no option for resizing someone please help, i finally bought a SS and can't show it off....
