I'll try that this weekend i'm at work LOL

So i Checked my intake and it did have a minor tear in the plastic tubing I replaced it but yet again its still doing the same thing I also have replaced all the 02 sensors, new plugs, checked for an intake manifold leak, and still nothing.

Alright guys 05 joe gibbs silverado is throwing codes P0102, P0171, P0174. my truck idles rought below 500 and sometimes it dies. Pulled the codes and it was a MAF code so i figured it would cause the other two codes I cleaned the MAF. Start the truck again and it still does the same thing. Went to the dealer bought a new MAF and still does the same thing. One of my friends suggested unplugging it to see what happened but my truck runs fine with the MAF unplugged but starts stallin when pluged in? im at a total loss here ideas

LOL i was really thinking on bidding on the same truck i just want one wheel for a spair the seats the plaque and that motor

well intake wise its got that tube the joe gibs one should i swap it or keep taht and put a filter on it?

cool cool man im gonna take some pics later and i'll hit you up on parts got to figure out what i need first lol oh and dunno if its against the rules to change the subject but what do you guys think is the best intake everyone says K&N but i hear alot of good stuff from like spectre and afe opinions? p.s. what about programer im debating from diablo sport and hypertech i've heard they are all pretty much the same thing but could i get some opinions please

It needs to be Rhino lined its got like two massive dents on the side of the bed hail damage the center caps of the wheels are peeling... and some other stuff on the inside like some quarter panels are colored to match the truck which i dont like but im working on fixing it

yeah it sucks i mean the truck is great really gets up and goes but its lost some value LOL the guy that had it before me used it for roofing houses... so i offered him some cash and took it off his hands so it needs some work i was almost willing to find a scraped JB truck and take the plate off of that and put it on mine

Yeah i got the EC truck its pretty nice except the guy that had it before me took out the joe gibbs serial number identification thing off and i heard that I cant get that thing anymore cause i guess they dont make parts for these joe gibbs trucks anymore and its got some minor stuff that needs to be done to make it look good

yeah the uh 5.3 supercharged yeah figured I'd end up buying slicks oh well

aww bummer lol... well any one got any ideas that can help me hook up got new tires still cant hook up fast enough and i feather the gas pedal but still can't hook up any ideas?

So I dont technically own an SS model but I love the AWD system but i do own a 05 Joe gibbs edition.. But I was wondering if it were possible to take out the Front dif and t case out of an SS and make it work for my truck? Ideas, comments, anything lol i just can't hook up in 2WD w/o slicks...
