  1. spend some time researching nutrition and different foods. there is no quick and easy way to weight loss, nor a magic diet or pill to try. get in the habit of eating correctly and eating the correct foods and the lbs will start melting away. get in the gym and raise hell....results will follow.

simply put, if you burn more calories than you take in, you lose weight.

    good luck thumb.gif

  2. I used the old ones and they are still fine.

wickedowsix pretty much covered everything. i run the same headers, except mine are painted, and i have no problems or complaints. very easy install and overall great headers for the money. here's a how-to from back when i installed mine.

    good luck cheers.gif

  3. if i had the money, i'd look into getting either a used or maybe a new vw jetta tdi. they get great mileage and perform reasonably well for what they are. one of my buddies has one and it's never given him any problems whatsoever. i like the older body style better than the new one though.

  4. i don't have any experience with these headers, but they are the old dynatech design. a few of the guys on here run them and i haven't heard hardly any negative feedback on them. they do have a funky bend on the driver's side, but if you can put up with that then you should be good to go. search around on here a little bit...one member posted a link to a site selling this system for around $350 not too long ago. not sure if that deal is still good or not, but its worth a shot.

EDIT: found the link. i paid $300 for my pacesetters back in october and they are just painted and didn't come with cats, midpipe, or y. this is a steal. cheers.gif
