I've been a member here for years just no posts I'm a 10 year member on fullsizechevy and performance trucks. This is what i'm needing but for a 06. My truck is a 06 but i'm using a Street Scene bumper so idk if makes difference on years or if they will even work but worth a shot.
I honestly don't believe it will work, but someone correct me if im wrong. The holes are difference sides. I believe your only options are a custom grill, a street scene billet grill, or a street scene speed grill. Like I said, I maybe telling you wrong, but im quite positive.

I would suggest picking it up from Crutchfield or Sonic Electronix. I know amazon and ebay has them too. Just go on their website, give them the information, and it should give you the correct part.

Yeah, that is part of your problem. You need the wiring harness with the box. That is the first problem.

I bought a cheap dual radio and a wiring harness when I wired it all together and plugged it in my radio won't come on at all NOTHING but behind the removable part of the radio next to the reset button is a red light that blinks as long as it's plugged in
Did you buy a standard wiring harness, or did you buy the hiring harness with the external box?

Well at least someone is trying to save her life. Yes, the Silverado SS is the perfect platform for a lifted ride. NO that was not the intentions of the truck when GM put it on the market. Thank you for doing your part brother.

Any idea how much it would take to drop a 6.0 into one of these? I'm debating if to do the 6.0 swap in my 03 single cab or picking up my friends and dropping the 6.0 into that

No idea right off. 6.0's can be found locally fairly cheap at times. If you go with a carb, it wouldn't be all that expensive. Going with the stock wiring and computer might be abit more. Ive been told I can get alot more power for the same money as modding my 350. I guessing.......$1,200-$2,000. Just guessing though. Its all about location, and personal know how.

Man nice truck, these are my favorite bodystyle chevys, then the SS, this thread is making me want to sell my single and pick on up, I would want to see one of these with a 6.0 in it would be fun

You never know. Im still on the table about the engine. The 350 doesn't have many miles, but an LS motor would be sweet. But while its running good, I'm trying to get my money saved back and such to get this think in good drivin, and looking order.

How would you mount one of those if you have a smoothed gate, well the holes where the bolt on bumper cap goes are smoothed. I don't want to rivet a spoiler on either lol
Yeah, you got to have the bed bolt holes. A RST Spoiler wouldn't be bad either, And I believe its a double sided tape set up.
