  1. Thanks will do, It's funny how I have been doing all the foot work for them with names and numbers and info and I even was told from another GMC dealership adviser that it is not the tires...Go figure.
  2. With BS like this from the dealership I can see many reasons to not buy american and buy a jap car...
  3. They did replace a door switch that I believe the sensor sends a RF signal too but they are too stupid to figure out it might be that...
  4. Dunlop installed the tires but the stealership said it wasn't from anything they did. One sensor had a bad battery and the second sensor was replaced twice and they still cant figure it out. Moore GMC in Los Gatos sucks ass. But I'm not backing down. I told them to keep it until they figure it out and fix it. It's their product, they should know how to fix it right?
  5. It is a GMC warranty. They don't know why it keeps alarming so I think they are blaming the tires. A Nitto rep told me it wasn't the tires and so did all the other tire places in addition to another dealership in San Jose Ca. I got the SUV in before the warranty expired on Aug. 9th. The warranty is now expired but I told them I'm not picking up the vehicle until it is fixed. Been through 2 GMC reps already. They pretty much told me it's my problem...
  6. I just bought 4 new Nitto tires. The same that were on the vehicle when i bought it. The Service air monitoring system alarm came on. I took the vehicle to the dealership to get it repaired under my extended warranty and another failed twice. They cant seem to fix the problem so the service adviser is telling me I need to buy different tires because he thinks the steel belted radials are interferring with the RF signal. I think they are full of sh#$%. Called numerous tire shops and the manufacturer and they all say the tire is not the problem...Any input?
