They get close
-
My drop is a 2/4 with my keys cranked down and I'm running 295/35r24 on my kmc slides with the same offset I'm pretty sure and they won't tuck without rolling the fenders. They rub on the inside fender wells as well at certain angles and turns. Almost positive a 305/40 won't fit at all.

Less than one hour and you changed your mind??? you sound about like me Lol
Hahaha yea I'm just doing a tsp 224 w/ 114 lsa and running the stock converter for now. Plan is to boost it eventually
-
Changed my mind gonna go a different direction. Not sure how to delete the post either
-
Need a converter to run with tsp 228r with 112lsa. Look for a circle d specialties for my stock trans with a 3000 stall range
-
If I were gonna do a cam swap again lol I'd call Brian Tooley. A lot of these guys could get u his number. He would be the best one to ask he's really good at this stuff.
What cam and stall do you have in your truck Jason? Tsp 228 right?
-
Alright thanks guys
-
Many people do this. It all depends on what cam you choose and what you want out of the truck as far as drive ability.
To be honest I wouldn't know where to start on cam sizes. I drive the truck a lot but I want a cam that will make a difference. Pretty much as big as I can go on the stock set-up. Any suggestions would be great

I have two 3" in 3" out on my truck. Long tubes with no cats. They are loud as he'll but I like how they sound. Need an x pipe though. Redoing my whole system soon with super 44's
-
I know there are cam guides and all that and I can sit and research for hours... But was wondering if anyone has done a cam swap with basic bolt ons(long tubes, no cats, full exhuast, 80mm TB, CIA) and a stock trans and converter. If so what do you feel are the best choices for best power gains without destroying my trans?

Looks awesome
-
I would be interested in either one of the two depending on prices
-
Thanks man. Yea I debated it for a while. Was gonna go with 22's but found these for about the same price brand new and kinda just said f*** it. Glad I did though cause I love themLooks great man... I don't care for 24" wheels ususally but they look awesome on your truck... 24" IMO are the max that should be put on these trucks...
Thanks appreciate itwow that looks great love it -
Those wheels are sick. Trucks looks good with them.
Thanks guys. And yea I haven't done anything with them yet. I have a new bumper and ducts so I kinda wanna experiment with theses ones. One of the sickest red ones ive seen. NIce work man! I say leave the ducts grey... The grey ducts are one of my favorite parts about the SS. And when you see the "grey" ducts from a distance you know its an SS

That looks really good. You have any rubbing issues with the 24's? If not do you know the offset?
They rub some when u back up and cut the wheel on certain angles and when u turn and hit a bump or something. But it can be resolved by cranking the keys back up some. Just choose not to because I like it low haha. I'll deal with the rubbing. The wheels have a +20mm offset and they are 24x9.5

Same thing just on 24's with 295/35 tires
-
2/4 spindle shackle hanger kit with my keys cranked all the way down
-
Nope.
They make beaches for that $**t man.
Notice I'm trying to sell it

I have a 2006 prosun azure 20 tanning bed for sale. Was barley used and just sits. Also open for trading. Make me an offer
-
Nice. Did they have to use a lot of weight to get then balanced?
Sent using Tapatalk.
Not positive on the amount but around 12 little square flat weights on the inside lip. Give or take a few. So yea haha. I'll post a picture tomorrow if I remember
-
Still haven't gotten mine tuned... Hopefully doing the black bear tuning in bridge water, nj in April.
-
Took a quick night shot. Loving it
-
That's awesome! They are great wheels. Pain to keep the water spots off of... I want to know how those nexens ride. I was very sketchy about them but they are like the only decent priced tire in that size. I ended up getting a retarded deal on my falkens for 900$ all 4 new.

The nexen's ride awsome. They actually ride smoother than my stock size toyo proxes did.. Ha which really suprised me

There sweet. Look into black rhino concaves to. Almost got them for my truck. Either way I recommend a 295/35. Picked up my wheels with nexen rodians for 2400 from discount wheel wharehouse shipped mounted and balanced to my door in two weeks
