will it fit a 2003 silverado ss? i need a stock one

hi i got the bright idea when i was cleaning my airfilter yeaterday on my 03 silverado ss to pull my throttle body off and try to clean some of the casting marks up on it, but i stayed away from where the butterfly closes, and got it all cleaned up and put it back on in started it up and it display'd a message saing reduced engine power and went into a limp mode and wont really go anywhere, i got a code reader and plugged it in and it said throttle position sensor a and throttle position sensor b malfunction, i cleared it several times but it comes back if i let the truck idle, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? i would appreciate it
