  2. Battery dead and buzzing speakers

    How old is the battery? Even though it may say 14v it depends on how much charge it will take and how much it has in it. Put it on a good charge hopefully that is all you need. A bad ground could be the cause as well or even a short. Make sure the leads are clean and tight on the battery. Check the connector ends on the wire. They do loosen up sometimes under extreme vibraitions. Look at the grounding connections themselves where they terminate. Make sure those two spots are clean and tight. I am pretty sure the small one is the front right side of the forward crossmember and the larger one is on the right motor mount. These trucks are very finicky and sensitive to loose ground wires and terminals. Good luck [emoji106]

    Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w-30. Make sure it has the GM dexos1 listed on it. I have run it in my SSS and the wife's Suburban from day one rolling off the dealership lot. Her burb has over 220K on it and does not burn any oil. Just put the good stuff in it and change often.

    Sorry for the stupid question but the 317's I take it that there are two of them? If I may what is the reason that you are getting rid of them? What valves and condition come with the heads? Was the combustion chambers changed or altered at all? Thanks!

    Some strange ass $hit! Just got off the phone with "Tim" and he said he sold it already. I asked him what about the rest if the truck and he replied he only had the tailgate. I told him I am looking for other pieces and he hung up. WTF! !

     

    Looks like I am going to be missing a tailgate!! :angry:

    Holly Crap!!!! I live in the area where the add is from and my sss is blue. I got a big old scratch from one end to the next and the end piece is all messed up from loading and unloading the dirt bikes for the past nine and a half years. I think I will call to check what's up. :huh:

    Have been a fan for a long time. The ball park was nice before the Raiders moved back and they build Mt. Davis in the outfield. They just ruined the view of the hills in the background but they really f'ed up and did away with the cheap bleachers and beer.

    So the front shocks are off a truck that had a 2" spindle drop? I have Djm spindles already just looking for good shocks. Have Belltech Streetperformance for the rear already. Hit me back if you are saying the shocks? :D
