  1. i added a 1.5 inch black pinstrip around the top of my truck.. still need to get my hood painted but havent had the time to yet.. im going to paint the hood blue and the ram air cowl is going to be black.. let me know what you guys think

looks real good and I like the idea of the hood scoop being black

  2. I checked the fuses there all set I checked to see if there is power going to it and there is. The blinker and hazard lights work fine and they work off the same bulb as the brake light its just when I hit the brake the passenger side is out not sure what could be going on????

Carefully bend the tabs in the socket a little closer together with a flat head. That should fix the problem.

  3. i will have to reneg my frustration with ARH. i should have ordered 1 3/4 from the start. my bad. but they are sending me them for free. so i cant complain. and i have no patience what so ever. their customer service is absolutely amazing. they are great people. so dont take my nightmare header install as being their fault. no one is perfect and yes it does touch the frame. but they honestly have no idea why. they are gonna redo their template once i send mine back. i would absolutely recommend them. along with dynatech.

I recall a couple of ss members not being satisfied with their customer service. I guess they worked on it.

  4. not sure of the mounting depth but i'm cutting the box where the subs magnet sit and then cutting out the bottom of the back seat and recessing the magnet through the top and into the seat then porting the box to give it plenty of air space, audio shop said there's no way to do it, i plan on proving them wrong

Ive been trying to figure out a way to setup my jl w6. The mounting depth is just too much to fit under the seat so it usually runs as a passenger in the back seat :P but your idea sounds good. Be sure to post up pics when your done.

  5. thats the reason i didnt want to weld it. i dont plan on doing anything with them, but you never know. i wanted it more user friendly so to speak if i had to take them off or something. plus i heard its harder on the header bolts etc. when theyre welded in place

How about getting flanges welded on that way you can take them off easily if something comes up

  6. 1st item for sale is a 3" id turndown with clamp 18 shipped or 14 pick up.

2nd item is a single 3" (will double check the size) pipe to a fabbed y pipe with two slant cut 3.5" tips set up to exit out the back side by side. Starts at the muffler outlet. Was on my SSS for a total of 3 hours before i decided to dump the muffler. It has been sitting in the garage ever since. It is NOT mandrel bent. Make an offer. pick up only.

    PM me for pics
