  1. Inglewood, Ca .... 5 minutes away from lax airport.
  2. 1st item for sale is a 3" id turndown with clamp 18 shipped or 14 pick up. 2nd item is a single 3" (will double check the size) pipe to a fabbed y pipe with two slant cut 3.5" tips set up to exit out the back side by side. Starts at the muffler outlet. Was on my SSS for a total of 3 hours before i decided to dump the muffler. It has been sitting in the garage ever since. It is NOT mandrel bent. Make an offer. pick up only. PM me for pics
  3. looking for the 295/45 but if i cant get a hold of any i'll give you a call
  4. Title says it all. Looking for new or at the minimum 80% tread. Hoping someone upgraded to bigger rims and has some 20" tires collecting dust.
  5. I wouldn't trust an ad that cant even get the spelling or correct cylinders on there It's a checy v6 6 liter according to the ad
  6. If you dont find someone to sell you one here you can always look on eBay. They have the k&n intake for 235 new.
  7. As mentioned previously I wouldn't waste my time on shorties. Get some good longtubes and just have your muffler guy add cats. Dynatech headers have the option of high flow cats and they bolt right up but they are pricey. Pacesetter makes a good set of headers at an affordable price but no cats are included. ARH makes some great headers but again they are goin to cost you $$$. Make sure you find a smog guy that isn't too strict about things like factory location of the cats or crap like that. My smog guy never checks under the truck he just pops the hood, takes a quick look, then proceeds to conduct the sniffer test.
  8. Year of truck: 03 Model: silverado ss Trans:4l65e Converter:stock Gear:stock Tires:295/45/20 List of current mods: LTs, exhaust, K&N intake, 160 stat, shift kit w 2nd servo, tune Possible future mods: torque converter to go along with cam, more tranny work, & whatever else needed to get to low 13s Goals for truck: low 13s possibly 12.8- 12.9 on a perfect day Uses of the truck: DD. Live in CA. Don"t care about cam sound (would actually prefer not to have it) just want power and want it to be streetable since it is the DD
  9. You do not need to get a muffler with two outlets seeing as the stock ss muffler is not a true dual outlet. Im currently runnig a dual inlet/single outlet muffler on the ss.
  10. Stock pipe size is 2.75 outside diameter/ 2.5 inside diameter to the muffler inlets. So if they have 2.5 id pipe then your good to go
  11. I cant see myself paying 40 dollars for a brand new one If someone has one laying around hit me up.
  12. So i took a trip to the recycling center and payed 9 bucks to get the truck weighed and after removing the hitch, tail gate, and spare tire it weighed in at 5010 Had to drive back home and remove the rear seat. Reweighed 30 minutes later and it was well under 5000 Weight fee reduced by $74. Thanks for the help
  13. Thanks man let me know.
  14. Lookin for a stock cat to replace my driver side cat which is plugged. Only lookin for one but will take pair if necessary.
  15. And this is the definition of a gringo/hick/redneckmobile It doesnt matter what race you are dumsh*ts. There's always going to be people with bad taste and people with good taste. Its a human thing not a race thing. BTW thats not a mexican last name, might be hispanic, but not Mexican.
  16. No the spare and hitch will stay in the garage. The tailgate will be put back on.
  17. Thanks for the tips guys i will be removing the hitch and the tailgate on my day off. I think that will do the trick. Oh and i will be rolling on E
  18. So you don't get charged a weight fee? When i bought my truck a couple of years ago it was an out of state vehicle and had to be weighed so it could be assessed the proper weight fee. It weighed in at 5160 at the time. According to the dmv website and one of the employees at the local dmv if i can drop it to 5000 or below the weight fee will drop from $154 to $80. Below is info i pulled from the dmv website: Motor Vehicles with No More Than Two Axles Unladen Weight Fee 0 - 1999 $8 2000 - 2999 $8 3000 - 4000 $24 4001 - 5000 $80 5001 - 6000 $154
  19. Anyone who stays in California knows how high the dmv renewal fees are . I am currently paying $364 each year in renewal fees. The weight fee is $154 but it can drop to $80 if the ss can shed a few (160) pounds. I removed the spare tire today along with the small jack and tools. I am thinking the back seat is next. Any other things i can take off to reach the 160 mark total??
  20. I am looking to buy a stock bose rear speaker for my 03 silverado ss as well as a passenger side view mirror. Would love it if someone has a red 1 laying around .
