I am currently rebuilding the front end of my SS. The body shop has the bumper mounted but the bumper cover is a solid inch below the lower end of the fender. The question is what attaches to the bumper cover that makes it almost flush to the fender? I am rather confused and would appreciate any help.

I found a bumper out of California. They sent me pics and i am still a bit reluctant to buy. They seem to be alright except for a spot by the drivers side air duct. if it is damage can something like that be repaired? Please let me know what you think.

A few weeks ago someone vandalized my truck and stole my hood, headlights, front bumper and tailgate. I have found everything to replace them but a front bumper. I have looked around and have not seen anything that wasnt already sold or incredibly expensive. I would be greatly appreciative for any help with this situation.

the front bumper. I had it stored outside at my dads storage unit for a few days. If i meet the person who stole my parts i dont know what i would do.

Hey everyone, Someone jacked a bunch of parts off my truc, Including the hood, bumper, tailgate, and kicked in the fenders. The police have no leads and the insurance company decided to total the truck out. I bought it back and now am looking for parts. Everthing else has been pretty easy to find exept a bumper assembly. If anyone knows where to go for me to get one thats relatively inexpensive I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks, i am gonna need the help. Its gonna take a while for me to get it all together considering the guy i bought it from used foam and stock silverado tow hooks to keep the bumper secure. I knew it was gonna be a project, just didnt know it would be this ugly so quick.

I just bought a 2004 silverado SS and it has a salvage title with it being hit in the front drivers side. I was looking underneath and i noticed it is missing several brackets and its kind of a mess. So i would like some pictures of what the underside of the bumper with the proper brackets installed looks like so i have a good idea on whats missing for sure and to start the rebuild process.
