  5. I actually had the bearing kit replaced yesterday after finding that the wheel was about to fall off lol... This obviously fixed the ABS light problem. My original concern was just the ABS sensor was bad as this happened a couple times on my '06 Grand Prix which has the same set up as the Silverados I didnt want to have to replace the whole kit at $400 - $500 for just a sensor. Thanks guys for alll your help! ! !
  6. Yea when I Are you talking the whole bearing kit or just the sensor itself? I was told by the dealer that the sensor and bearing are all 1 package turn my steering wheel to the left as in going through a drive thru, my window would be open and i can hear noises like the rubber bushings rubbing against each other and not so much clunking but crackling....so...I dont know....its the front driver's side which was already replaced almost 2 years ago. That was just for the noise. the ABS light didnt come on then
  7. Driving home from work tonight and my ABS light came on. Am I going to have to replace a bearing kit or 2 due to the fact that the ABS sensor is in the 1 piece bearing kit?
  8. I would love those rims on my truck! ! ! ! Gorgeous truck! !
  9. Yeah mine is the same way...Also...these aftermarket parts arent made like the original parts...I guess the rotor was just slightly larger than the original...Thanks for the help though
  10. Hey guys....I have 2004 AWD...just replaced back brakes and rotors....I start driving the truck and a loud scraping noise is coming from the left rear wheel...my mechanic seems to think its a loose rear axle as there was alot of play in both rear wheels...Any suggestions????
  11. Was that steering shaft a recall for you? I have the same year SSS as you and wanted to get it taken care of if it is a recall because I wasnt notified as Im not the original owner

  14. I actually like the truck the way it is... It's pretty sick looking....Only thing Id do different is put some black rims on the truck and maybe black out the headlights and taillights
  15. Damn! ! ! ! I thought I had a black cloud! ! ! ! You are so much better off with that $249 class just because of insurance surcharges (Dont know if AZ has surcharges) A ticket like that in Massachusetts would about $1500 in surcharges over 7 years...wish we had something like that here
  16. I have Borlas on mine and I've had nothing but compliments on them...My truck sounds mean but wont wake the dead. It all depends on what you want
