Motor and tranny is almost done. Its at paint shop getting new hood painted right now. I'll start taking pics when it's gets in shop.

Currently in shop for; turbo kit, forged, tranny, new hood, meth and a few other goodies to go on. Getting rid of the hood, and going with something else. Hopefully, the whole setup gets on soon.

We actually talked for awhile. I have/had the white ext cab silverado. Me and a buddy were there near san bernadino? where usabodyguard did that run by the shop, and snapped a pulley?

When it gets done, I guess I'll have to run to famosa a few times to see what it does. I should take myold truck tomorrow, and see how my current one runs. So I might b there Friday. thx to everyone.

I guess i'll introduce myself. I'm new over here of course, and just getting into the ss world. Always loved the arrival blue, awd trucks, and finally got my chance at one. Did my trade recently for my nnbs silverado, and now i'm here reading up. Only truck i've seen around here was idaho's ss when he came to cali for a meet. Other then that, there's really not many here in town. Here's a pic of it before it went in the shop. It'll have a few mods going on it for the trade, and can't wait until it's out of shop. Just got mine a few days ago lol has a few miles on it, but did it off a trade. Bone stock for now, and drove it a few times. It'll be in the shop for a month or so until it gets done. I'm the 3rd owner of it.

Thank you everyone. I did the deal. I'm getting it forged, and tranny done. So when it comes out of the shop, it's ready to go, and I don't have to tell myself i half azzed everything. Hopefully, it's faster then what i have. I know it'll look nicer lol

I have an 08 silverado with 53k miles on it right now. tvs1900, tranny rebuilt, cam, headers, true trac, and all bolt ons, on meth. 545rwhp right now. A good friend has an 03 SS Blue, and AWD. Something i've always wanted by the way. It was a theft recovery, as i'll state that off the top. Pics,carfax all seen. The ss is bone stock, body is straight, and truck is in good condition. Trade was offered for mine, and on top of getting the SS, i'd get Turbo kit, meth, servo,shift kit,gauges,body and paint fixed,Forged, and few other things (minor things) i asked if he could fix. All original SS parts were put back in the truck by the way. Very clean. Has maybe 100k on motor. I don't plan on selling anything at all, it's going to be a keeper. Just seeing what you guys think? Ask for more? bad trade? I've always wanted one, and the person is very reputable here in town and will be doing all the work. (owns a performance shop in town).

I'm definitely up for it. The reason why I want to trade is I originally wanted to go 17's, and more meat on the tires. My 22's I really cant work with it much, as there isn't much tire to work with, as i'll rub. I can't fit 17's, as I bought some and had to sell them because of my big brake kit. Otherwirse, i'd have to sell my brake kit, and buy a whole new set, which i don't feel like doing. So now i have to resort to 20's, which I want some street radials , with more meat. So now i'm looking for 20's. 22's were nice at one point and time. Send me a pm, and I we can work something out if anyones interested.
