My friend is have issue.. she says the car does this "2004 dodge neon, its making this really weird noise and when i am stopped at a light it will sometimes jerk forward like its gna die" any ideas?

I aint going to lie guys I was emberassed by the whole thing.. That guys is super cocky still and talks a lot.. but hey his boosted right now and im not, nothing I can do.. I do wish we would go from a dig though He only would go from a 65 roll and well at that speed with no boost I dont got much power.. Maybe will run the Typhoon wents its done with its small things.
