Well Congratulations! I thought about that route, but instead separated after my enlistment and am now pursuing civilian law enforcement. Two totally different things I know, but pro's and con's to everything. Good Luck with your career!

At the moment I am playing Mr. Mom at home watching my 1 year old daughter while the wife makes me some income! This Monday I start the Police Academy and hopefully acquire a job this summer when I graduate.

Just out of curiousity, what do you do in the AF? Since I'm asking, I was a F-15 Crew Chief from 2005-2009. I'm sure Montana will be nice, I lived in northern Idaho as a child and as some have mentioned, it does get cold but there are also some nice summers up that way. If you have never been to the north west it will be a wonderful eye opener thats for sure. Good luck!
