this happened on my 94 gmc and i brought it in and it was upper and lower ball joints, pitman arm, idler arm, and my right tie rod end. im guessing its your ball joints doing that to you

wow i have never seen one that bad before. the dash is very easy to take off. when you go to paint it, unless you want the terxture still i say either sound down the texture that is on it with is a pita or bondo it smooth and then sand it smooth then primer, then paint it black. then it is different then other silverados and looks awesome.
