Hey guys, i need some advice. I have a 01 silverado 2wd 5.3 with about 250k on it. runs perfect, doesn't even leak a drop of oil. Its been feeling a little sluggish. So im wanting to do a swap. i know the 6.0 swap would be easy but me being the person i am, i wanna take it a step further. I have a chance to get a full 08 6.2 engine, harness and pcm. for a really low price. I am a master tech and up for a little challenge, but wanted to see if anybody knew what all i would need to do to make this work. thanks guy!

hey guys im new here and like i said i used to own a 05 ss silverado until one day somebody decided they wanted it more than me. Now i own a stock 01 silverado with the 5.3. Im looking to get more power and mod it. I was wondering if and body could give me some tips on where to start? I do have a 6.0 out of a 2500 silverado i got from a friend sitting in my garage but im not sure if it would be worth putting that in and modding that. thanks guy!

here is a pic when i found it after they keyed it and jacked my wheels a few weeks ago. Yes thats correct, the took all my wheels and keyed my truck all around.

hi guys my name is mike. I used to have a 03 silverado ss with a few bolt ons until it was stolen and wrecked. I was unable to buy another ss but i did get a 01 silverado. i was thinking maybe doing the ss conversion on that one day, that said because i have the 6.0 sitting in my garage and was gona pull my 5.3 out and stick in the 6.0 one day. Any tips or tricks? anyways hi!
