The dealer told me the cluster they are replacing mine with will not be white SS style. Is it possible to take the cluster apart and put the white backing and needles from the old SS cluster?

I like this one a little more. I wish they had an air bag that had an SS badge on it though.

They said it was covered under warranty for me for me but I think I read it was a recall for trucks under 60,000 miles. I'm not sure if this is correct or not, I'm sure someone around here knows. Also, my ecu is stock as of now but thanks for advice for future.

I have some V-tec stickers you can get. Also, some NOS, and I love JDM HOES. Bought a bunch to stick all over my civic for last scrapping the coast as a joke. Everyone knows a NOS sticker is an extra 25 HP.

To have them fix a few problems while under 100,000 mile warranty under the dealer I bought it from. The owner before me neglected to take the truck in for any recalls so they wanted to replace the steering shaft. Also, my speedometer stuck the other night on 80 and then my gas gauge began bouncing around. Then all the lights on the dash and also where the mpg etc is shown began to go hay wire. Worst part was he said their is a slim chance I will be able to get another white cluster because it was made for these trucks and now they are rare. WOW! About the same news as a family member dying. Also, the other night my number 5 on the climate control stopped working.Anyway I can just change the color of the cluster and it not look like notebook paper taped over my soon to be black gauges?

I would look a little more.I just found my 2004 SS for $19,000 with 37,xxx original miles on it with 100,000 mile or 2 year warranty which ever occurs first.

Getting a new vehicle to mod is more exciting than Christmas as a child. BUT I'm in the process of making the twin turbo BMW a monster also,so unfortunately I can't get everything at once.
