well i now have tunes again !!! thanks to all for helping !!! we found the plug and used it and bypassed the amp no problems !!!! again thanks !!! and i love that i found this group of SS lovers !!! i love my SS ,,, and it" s great to have a group that loves their SS"S also !!! have a great weekend fellow SS owners !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my 2004 SS ,,,,,, has no sound i checked the radio all good ,,,the speakers all good .... fuses all good ,,, but still no sound !!! i read that it is probably the amp !!! well where is the amp and can i bypass it ???? plz HELP!!! i cant drive 55 without tunes ;;~~)))

i have no sound ... the radio is fine as well as the speakers ... anyone know how to bypass the factory amp ????????
