  1. 355, ported and polished heads, 218/224 112 lsa cam, full exhaust, built 4l65e, yank SST 3600, 4.10s
  2. well like i said. his trucks runs a 12.9, and it does it just fine lol how much does a used nvg149 run?
  3. well, all i can do is trust the guy im buying it from. iv seen a few of his vids and there pretty impressive. his truck doesnt have either of those, just like mine. but its paid for, so we shall see
  4. well ill only use this one to see how i like AWD. the guy im getting it from as been putting 600 HP via a turbocharged 6.0 and its held up find. when its in, and i like the results, ill be looking for a nvg149 how much are these transfer cases worth? i paid $400 for the case and front driveshaft
  5. from my understanding, ABS is only used to slow down the front/rear wheel when they start spinning. this transfer case may not work the best in the rain, or when i get to higher HP levels, but for now i think it will do. as soon as i find a NVG149, ill swap to it
  6. heres an older vid, a good bit has changed since i made this lol
  7. they guy im getting it from says it doesnt, he says it only has 1 plug for a VSS in the rear tail shaft
  8. when i get home i will cant post them at work
  9. hello everyone, my name is James. i live in hammond, louisiana. i do not own a SS. i own a 1997 ECSB Z71 stepside. it was lifted once, but now ts lowered 4 inches in the front, 5 in the rear (from stock) right now its packing a built 355, P&P heads, 218/224 cam, full exhaust, soon to be 3600 Yank converter soon to be replaced with a cammed/heads 6.0 just saying hello
  10. hello everyone, i dont own a silvy ss, but i have a interesting project taking place, a OBS SS to the point, iv been waiting to convert my 97 4x4 to AWD. i finnaly found a transfer case to do t, iv been hunting for a NVG149, but no luck. i picked up (well not yet) a Borg warner unit out of a 04 esky. id like some more info on this unit, how well it works, how much power can it handle, etc. thanks in advance
