i got a set of doorman from rockauto.com for 147.00 work great.

i had the same thing happen with a black bear harness as well. the relays need to be direct wired instead of the relay harness'. whats happening is the connections are not tight enough in the harness' causing a bad connection then causing the relay to heat up and melt.

i have an 01 tahoe with 150000 miles on it and it sounds like a pack of wolves howling underneath it. i was planning on keeping it for a while so i wanted to start with doing the front and rear diffs. by the way it has 3.73s in it now. i was wanting to goto 4.11s. i want to get a ball park figure as to how much it would be to rebuild the front with new gears,bearings and seals. in the rear i wanted to do a locker since the g80s ,according to everyone are crap , new gears and bearings and seals too. im in columbia il which is 5 mins away fron st louis mo. if there is anyone who knows of a reputiable shop or if some one wants to help me let me know.
