Yeah I was ready to kill someone. But I made like 4500 off of it so I can complain too much. I don't like other ppl working on my truck. Well this silver when u just reclear it the clearcoat will make the color just a shade darker. It's kinda of like pouring tea in a glass the more u pour the darker it gets. So it would wind up being an all over. I'm goin to paint all the plastics on left side and front n rear bumpers later cuz they r lil more yellow than truck when I bought it and it bugs me. I'm wanting a ram air hood next so I'll do the rest when I get the hood.

Since stock wheels r 30" tire on 20" rim I was thinking of goin 26" tire on 17" rim. Is that too small for awd n 4.10 gears? Might wind out to early? What y'all think?

There's a hidden fuse wrapped with shrink tubing behind the bolster cover.

Have you checked the fuses in the cab, in the small panel on the driverside dash? (Between the door on the dash.) Check the 15A fuses in there , towards the bottom on the panel; there are 2 that protect both the steering wheel and dash lighting circuit. Cant remember which one does which, but test them both!
If this requires further troublshooting, try removing the switch which had a previous issue and check the CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) for any visible discrepancies. However, you're likely to have just blown a fuse...
Checke all fuses they r all good.
An the main wire is brown on mine. I can use both buttons with just the three wires and the brown is the light wire. I got the new switch in there now with led upgrade. Between the blue rubber and circuit board is where it burnt lil bit on last switch.

i recently changed all my lights to leds, after about 3-4 months one of my steering wheel lights started flickering, so i changed the bulb and resistor out both are correct and i pushed the button and that switch started smoking lil bit then stopped. so i put new switch in and all my steering buttons work fine but i have no lights on any of them. what happened?

frame is fine, not hit that hard. i ordered parts already, im getting a complete door for $100 so thats a plus, doin all the work myself, ill post pics as im workin on it. insurance quoted it at $6500 with oem parts.

Were the roads wet? I have to be going 60+ to break it loose in a corner on dry pavement, and it only gets squirrely for a brief second too...
roads was dry. curve was like a 10-15mph curve. i dont know wtf he was thinking. should be meeting with insurance company today to get estimate on it.

goin to fast around a corner and lost control of a AWD truck!!! hit a sign! its ok im a body man at chevy dealership so i can get lil discounts. im making him pay for deductible and some cuz im sure insurance is goin up too!

Peripheral makes an adaptor that plugs into the harness behind the HU. works great. I've had mine for a few years.
What's the part umber on that. I looked it up and there I like 3-4 diff ones. I want a plug n play kit.

If u take the ugly spinners, papa rain guards and stickers off it don't look that bad. I like the stripes that go all the way down front and back better.

does the factory bose radio have a aux plug to plug in iphone or anything on it? i didnt see one in the front but i saw where it said cd/aux so i didnt know. been meaning to take radio out and check the back but been busy.

Yeah he has more mods if I just had a tune I can beat him down the track everytime. I beat him all the way down 2 of 6 times but I got the win everytime cuz of reaction.

I had it in 1st and went threw em at 5 so it would shift bout 5800-6k.

How is everyone launching at the strip? I have been launching from a load of 1500-2200 rpm. With full volant cai an dual magnaflow mufflers. Quickest 60ft I've gotten is 2.1 seconds and 9.5@1/8th 12.19 @1000ft. I've heard that off idle isn't bad either but haven't tried it yet.

I have a bully dog programmer cuz I got good deal on it and I use it for tire size at the track but I was wondering if I get a 160 thermostat if it will work with my tune or can I take it to dealer to have them program it or will it hurt anything if I don't tune it?
