Hi everyone, Im looking into superchargers for my 04 SS and i cant seem to find any. I found 1 online it was a powerdyne for $4500 but thats the only one i found. i was wondering where else to look and if i could get one any cheaper? Thanks for the help!

Which trucks faster the chevy SS or gmc vho? also, what size are the stock engines in a 2004 chevy SS, i know theyre 6.0L v8's but is the engine size a 364 or a 394 cause ive heard both. and also does the VHO use the same engine as the SS or what?

Wow people feel strongly against these things. if it gives u explosive diarrhea ill be sure to check out a custom tune. Why are they better? do u get a hp gain like with the programmer or just change in shift points and limitor off? whys it better than a programmer?

I have a custom banks exhaust exhaust i just put on and im getting a diablo sport programmer and deciding about a cai to put on (probably K&N or AEM). also puttin on 22' wheels all chromed out and getting an alpine sound system. thanks for all the welcomes, this is a great site and yeah ive been looking around on here seems like more and more from CT. ive seen 4 or 5 of em around here. thanks again!

Hey everybody I just picked up a red 2004 silverado SS. I love everything about this truck. Already getting into mods and this site is great anything ive needed i found on here so far. So happy with my new truck

Check Jegs, autoanything and summitracing they should all have it for less. autoanything tends to have the best prices and hell check ebay while ur at it

I actually just got exactly what your looking for. I called the company and they are not in production however you can have them custom made for your truck. They cost a pretty penny but I loved the sound and performance that my buddy got out of his SS with the banks that I had to get it. So call banks and have it done if you really want it

Hey i'm new to this site and i had a few questions. for the cai's has anybody used a banks ram air intake system and hows the power gain? or should i just go with k&n? and also this i was thinking about putting racing headers on my SS and a magnaflow cat (i have a catback custom banks exhaust) and i was wondering if a. does it actually make the $500-$700 power difference that it costs and b. can i still pass emissions without any trouble if i put these on. thanks for all input!
