Is there anything wrong with the air duct? Any clips broken or scratches

There is two screws on the bottom and push in tabs on the sides everything is reusable and the best way to clean off the old dbl sided tape is adhesive removal by 3M.

Raybestos gold are the best, ceramic and no brake dust.

Wow!!!! Thats a lil too pricey on some seats with no wiring harness or heated buttons.
