According to the ticket it was traffic but if there we're traffic could I really have gunned it

I think imma fight it the ticket does say 20+ over the safe limit of 15 even though posted limit is 35

Ticket says unsafe speed and gave me a warning on the exhaust also I don't have the registration with me cus I just bought it and he was trippin over that

I was pulling out of the parking lot and just gunned it up to 35 and he said that the safe limit was 15 but speed limit posted was 35

Does anybody know how much a speeding ticket is in California the officer said I was goin 35 in a 15 but I denied it (bad choice) then he started to tell me that my exhaust was illegal and a bunch of other stuff anyways anybody know what this might cost me
