What's the difference with CHPspecial and SoCaltuning? If there's any? I know CHPspecial does the EFI live tune and a Socaltuning I read on the web page that they use Diablosport? I appreciate all of your feed back!

I want to get a tune for my 03 AWD SS I gutted the cats and my check engine light is on because of the sensor on the original cats can I still get a tune with the check engine light on???

I recently bought a 03SS It has Gibson headers and muffler but it doesnt sound tough? I want my truck to sound like a beast with out compromising performance what should I do??? Any advice appreciated!

Yeah When I bought the SS it came with a full Gibson exhaust set up headers and exhaust. I like how it runs I just don't really like the way it sounds! I have to make a good smart choice?

I am trying to purchase a 03 SS And it failed the smog check because it has Gibson headers & exhaust and a Volant cold air intake. Does anyone have any hookups in the Fresno CA, area? What else can I do?

My wife is giving me a hard time because I chose the SS over the Avalanche I have a six year old boy and one on the way she is 6 months pregnant. She liked the avalanche because it has four doors and better gas mileage with the 5.3 over the 6.0 but since I am planning to purchase a toy hauler so that's why I went with the bigger 6.0. I explain to her the the ext cab isn't that small. Help what else could I say? I'm not that creative. LOL
