  1. Napa does not offer the Z06 calipers, only pads and pins.
  2. Hey, Try NAPA. The 145 amp is listed as an option and they also offer the cable upgrade kit as well. The upgrade kit has all the parts you need (heavier ground/power cables) to take full advantage of the increased powey with factory ends. Bolt on! Todd
  3. OK, after having done this mod and driving for a while...love the rotors and calipers...hate Hawk pads! Hawks are the most dusty pads I have ever used! NAPA is now offering the replacement Z06 pads and the replacment caliper pins for whole bunch less than ebay! I will change the pads soon just get rid of the dust. Will measure laternal runout on the rotors as well while I am at it. Todd
  4. OK, got this done today and really like the results! Still trying to get the pads bedded in although I can tell a HUGE difference in the way this thing stops. My truck has 22" BBS wheels and needed some help in the stopping department after I put those on. Very glad I did the upgrade. Todd
  5. 15" in the front and 14" in the rear.
  6. OK, Finished the fronts today and will do the rears tomorrow. I am not real crazy about the amount the pad that does not contact the rotors on the front. I am using the Hawk pads with this conversion and the pad hangs off the edge just a bit. Is this what everyone else has seen as well? Todd
  7. Ok, Just about ready to pull the trigger on this brake upgrade. And have two questions... What are you guys doing for a spare that have done this mod? Fix a flat??/ I was never able to get contact info for a rotor source besides Baer, so can someone reply with the contact info for SuperSub? ( I do not have permission to PM or search members...guess it's probably due to lack of posts) Thanks, Todd
  8. Good info! I installed the eletronic flasher in my "04 and am still experiencing the "hyper flash. Initally, I bought towers that would not flash at all and was told the reverse polarity of the 3157/194 alternating flash was the issue. Bought the bulbs "specially wired" to accomodate the reverse polarity and now the hyper flash and constant on when the turn signal is activated. Should I still have to use the resisitors with an electronic flasher? Puzzled. Thanks! Todd
  9. Found the banjo part #'s in your original thread!
  10. Rudy, Got the brackets on Friday and everything looks good. Looks like I am not able to PM members. Can you send me the contact info for supersub? I need to source the rotors. I was planning on adding stainless steel brake lines while I am making this upgrade. Russell #672470 is a five hose kit for the Silverado. Does the Silverado hose kit mate to the Z06 calipers with the factory caliper banjo bolts or do the calipers require a different banjo bolt? Thanks, Todd
  11. Rudy, I am interested in this conversion and would like more information on the mounting brackets and rotors. I sent you an email from [email protected] . I am also looking for contact information for the person you mention who can provide the rotors posted in your install. Thanks, Todd
