If I were looking for one that was heavily modded , I would buy the one with the f series procharger and just finish the fuel system imo

What blower is it ?

I use a little cooling thing that goes under the laptop and plugs into a USB port or to save battery I plug it in to the the 12v outlets

The problem I have seen with smaller laptops is you can't really get a badass proccesser , I used to tune with a 10" Acer and I hated it I went into best buy and got a 15" Toshiba with a quad core and it runs like a dream , is hpt compatible with windows 8
