I really hate to have two threads in the For Sale/Wanted section, but my last thread was about the Texas area only and posted a year ago. I tried to change the title but it wouldn't let me so I figured it would be easier to make a new one. After searching for around a year or so, I have still not came up with anything.. I am afraid I will have to travel, but at this point do not mind traveling if it's the right truck at the right price. I live around Lubbock TX. Since I got various results with my other thread, I figured I need to make this one more specific so I won't waste any of you guys time. I want you guys to know that this truck would be going to a great home, as I understand completely how rare these trucks are and will keep it in immaculate shape. I have been checking craigslist nearly every day for this whole time and still have not found one that fits the requirements. I already have quite a bit of money saved up and am getting serious about buying one so I would appreciate all the help and support you guys could give me. The truck I'm looking for would fit the following: Black. Non-Smoker. 2005/2006/2007 Classic. (Would love to have a 2007 classic, but I understand how rare these are..) Preferably as stock as possible. (Basically not looking for a hot-rod with a supercharger. Lol.) Clean Title. (Would prefer the truck to have no previous damage history, unless the price was too good to turn down.. I don't plan to buy a salvage title though.) Low miles. (Really trying to stay under 100k, unless the truck was too nice to pass up.) Garage kept. (If possible.) Leather Seats. (Do not want the cloth seat package. The leather must also be in good condition.) Nice body condition. (I'm not trying to buy one that is dinged and scratched up, I want one that looks as new as possible. This is the main reason I haven't bought one yet. Lol.) Preferably no bed-liner. (It wouldn't stop me from buying the truck, but I really do not want the bed rhino-lined..) Preferably sunroof and digital climate control. (Not gonna make or break the deal, but it sure would help.) If I think of anything else I will be sure to add it, but I believe that will cover it. Hopefully someone can help me find a great truck for a great home, I will keep looking as well. Found out it had 35k miles so called her again. Figured it may be worth the money to fix it up. I found out it was stolen, fixed, and now has a rebuilt title though

I'll call the guy about it and let you guys know the details, this is pretty close to home and I've been looking for a black SS for two years... Lol. - Edit - Truck was stolen before, the lady said there is a hole under the door handle (guessing where they pried it) and a deep scratch behind the driver passenger wheel. I'll have to pass on it but it is a pretty good price.

I am selling the chrome bumper off my 2006 Silverado along with the spare hoist that holds the spare tire underneath the truck. I got a roll pan on it last year and these parts have just been in storage so I figured I'd sell them. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow but the bumper is in great shape. No dings, scratches on the chrome, etc. It comes with everything you need to bolt it right on as well. The spare hoist the same, I know this is a common part that breaks so I figure this one will sell faster. I can't imagine why someone with an SS truck would want one of these but I figured maybe one of the guys with a regular Silverado might be interested. Not sure if the SS trucks take the same spare hoist but I figured I'd post it on here just incase. Pm me if you are interested, thanks!

Truck looks great! I wanna drop a 6.0 in my single cab but am worried about it costing tons. Let me know how much you spend and I might consider it, if not I'll just keep looking for a SS .

I bought a set of Switchback bulbs (3157) from ddmtuning the first time I ordered my HIDs and they have always been an issue. The HID's work great for the most part but as far as the actual switchback bulbs go they were a problem since the beginning. First off they didn't want to fit in the socket, so after an hour or so of filing and sanding I finally was able to make them fit. The resistors that came with them were 25w 25ohm, which didn't fix hyperflashing. I went to O'rileys and bought some 10w by 25ohms (only ones they had there) which fixed the hyperflashing issue but then after driving for a few minutes I realized they turned off. The only way to get them back on was to turn them back on with the headlight knob, which is stupid to do every few minutes. I talked to another user on this website and he said to order 50w 6 ohms from ddm and the problem should be fixed, after waiting weeks for the resistors to get in it still didn't fix the problems and I'm starting to think this is hopeless lol. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or of some switchbacks that actually work right on our trucks? I would really like to fix the current ones since I've sunk around $40 bucks into it by now, but if I really do gotta use a different brand I guess I could.. Thanks!
