Last night I was hanging out with some friends when some out of towners came in a bolt on ls1 camaro looking for some fun. We after alot to talk the wanted to run my 6.0 03 rcsb. Well that was funa few truck lengths and we went back to talking, well this one guy was popping off man how much you want for it which I've heard like a million times, I said just goofing off 7500, thats more than what I have in it so why not, so we exchange numbers. Well this morning he was blowing my phone up so I went into town to meet him and he gave me cash money 7500! I was like WTF lmao. Sweet!! He said not to many people have beat his buddies camaro and to see a full size pickup walk it he had to have it!! Next question what to get now, I'm thinking a SSS

No, I've owned three. Nine times outta ten when some one tells you it needs card work sone one replaced the engine or converted it to a carb setup they do a hack job and cut the factory harness which ruins the truck IMO I wouldn't give 5000 unless the interior is perfect and a great body. I sold my last one for 3500 and it was a clean little ole truck

Ok I'm just gonna rephrase, I have a 2003 4.8 with 253,000 miles work truck that I use to go on service calls the truck is Stock stock stock, it is completely pointless to get a live tune on this vehicle, it's pointless to pay 200 for a mail order tune, but on the other hand I have 50 in a diablo tune. Hmmm yes Now my 03 lq4 235 242 595 cammed 3k stalled 150 shot of juice rcsb the truck has a live hp tune, I wouldn't run a diablo or a mail order on it.

If it was my 03 short bed 6.0 I would, but this is a 03 4.8 long bed work truck, I just don't feel it's to cost effective to waste hp tuners credit on this specific truck stock all the way to the paper air filter, 50$ vs around 200$ for a custom tune, nah il spend the fifty lol
