I thought the OS-04 was to hook an aftermarket to Bose. I think the second plug is for XM but I could be mistaken on that

Rip it all out and start fresh with the 2 factory plugs. It costs a bit more but makes life so much easier. It looks like a rats nest of wires. But I say this because I have OCD and like it all to look clean.

You gonna heat shrink those bare connections?

My personal way of doing things is I always by a new chime box/adapter harness with a new radio. Its cleaner and allows me to do everything out of the truck.
