    So after my tranny went I bought one from the local GM dealer. My nephew is a mechanic and we installed it over the weekend. Everything went great and it shifts really smooth except from 2nd to 3rd. It actually revs up and then shifts. It's very noticable when you're getting on the gas. Any idea's?

    Just bought my 04 SS with 120,000 miles on it last month. It has seemed to shift kinda hard sometimes but last night it almost seemed to stall out from first to 2nd. Then, after I parked it, I got back in and no Reverse. It will still go forward. Is my transmission shot??? If so do most people rebuild them or buy new? Expensive??? Thanks

    OMG that is beautiful! I just picked up the same truck a few weeks ago. Couple questions if you don't mind...Does that rim/tires size difference change the ride of the truck? And, are those the replica wheels? I've been looking at the ones on Ebay but am hesitant to purchase. Thanks!

    Hey Matt, is there anyway to test to make sure it's the heating element? Mine does the exact same thing. I've tried unplugging the seat and back and they both have continuity which makes me think they are working. I also tried turning the heat on with them unplugged and it still shuts down right away and I still here the click under the seat. Any help would be great. Thanks
