hoping you guys can help me figure this problem out. i keep hearing clunking in my front end when i hit bumps, but i put my truck on the lift and checked everything and it checked out to be perfect. ball joints are good, wheel bearings are good etc... i dont know what the hell it could be. possible its coming from the steering box? i hear that can be a common problem with these trucks.

Too much to list on my duramax, lets just say it would of blown my ss out of the water lol (stock ss that is) and thanks for all the advice I think I might just get a magnaflow muffler and customize my exhaust from there on. What do u guys suggest for not so pricey bolt on horsepower on these trucks, I had my fun with my duramax so as of right now I don't wanna go crazy with any twin turbo kits or superchargers

haha dude im used to spending the cash on my rides.. before this i had a VERY FAST duramax. always been a chevy guy but the diesel world got boring, always wanted an ss in the back of my mind. i will do little by little on this truck and im not gonna go that crazy. but i definetly need an exhaust asap, you cant be driving a quiet ss

Finally found the ss i was looking for! 06 black on black SUPER CLEAN. i didnt realize how hard it was to find one until i was serious about looking for one. i live in Jersey and found it in virginia went and picked it up the day after i found it, best drive home ever. truck is bone stock except for a K&N intake system. my question for you guys and where do i find a cat back exhaust system that exits before the rear tire? do i have to customize it, or can u buy a kit? thanks
