Just bought the magnaflow 3" spun cats part #59959, but just realized they are labeled as pre obd2, so will these work on my 03sss? Planning on putting them on with the coated pacesetter longtubes then a tune.

Question for the 59959 cats, the box says pre obd2, would they work fine on an 03 ss? Supposed to go on with pacesetter long tubes and a tune? Any personal experience help would be greatly appreciated, also want to note that I'm in phx az so I need to stay legal.

Hey just wondering, the bungs on the y pipe, those r for the rear o2s right, is there enough room to put the cats on between the y and the header?

Awesome thanks, so I just realised that the driver side cat would run parallel to the tranny crossmember, would that be a problem, looks like a tight fit, anyone have pics of this setup with cats? Also if I plug into the 02s that r gonna then run in front of the cat on the header will I run any codes? All these factors r making me lose faith.

Does anybody know if there will be any problems if I do this install to my 03 ss, then weld the stock cats on right after the header? I called a shop n they said it won't run right if I do that

Awesome thanks jc, do u still have your cats on, I still need mine on cuz I live in phoenix and this is my daily driver, if so do u think u can post up a pic of your setup

A question about the coated pacesetter lts, the pictures I see look like there is an egr flange on them, I have an 03 awd ss with no egr, does that bung come sealed or is there a version without it or what? Somebody school me on this please
