Front differential rebuild, new cooling lines, new axle, tranny service, rear pinion seal, ect., ect., $1400. Getting my baby back with new lease on life, priceless. Wife getting suspicious about my loyalties so valentines day will cost even more. Mo money mo money for both my honeys.

Sounds all too familiar, thought I had a tranny issue just got off the phone with my transmission shop, not the tranny but front differential. The tear down tomorrow will revial more and the cost. I'll post it. BTW, truck has 114k it's my intention to put at least that much more on the odometer, why? Because it's still the best truck I ever owned.

Ok I am glad I am not the only one who loves my truck. Life long chevy guy had monte SS graduated to my pick up in 03. Now tranny is making whining noise and I am reaching out to my fellow SS lovers for some direction/advice. What can I expect for repair costs? Thanks, Lou
