  1. im getting ready to swap in a GT2-3 cam too. I already have CAI and Pacesetter LT headers and 3" spintech exhaust. How does your truck sound with the GT2-3?
  2. I take my 26ft Baja down to the rock hall area all the time. Jellyfish joels and red eyes.
  3. Hi fellas, I need some tips, info, and know how for my 2006 Sierra Denali build. I'm finally comfortable with my income that I'm going to start my build. I want to do a cam swap and get a tune. The cam that I want to use in made to spec for Lingenfelter by Comp. The cam specs are: LINGENFELTER GT11 HYD ROLLER CAMSHAFT 350-383-427 LS1 LS2 LS3 LS6 215/231 .631/.644 118.0 CLThe actual webpage can be viewed at: http://www.lingenfelter.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=LPE&Product_Code=L210065297&Category_Code=C31#.USIlKo4TtaU Heres my deal. The page for the cam says that springs and retainers are a must for this cam. That is cool. Should I change the pushrods out for some chromoly ones too? Does anyone think this cam will be too aggressive to be daily driven? What I'm going for is a came that sounds nice and lopey and sounds mean and aggressive but still keeps the daily drivability while not affecting my MPG much. Lingenfelter also offers another cam with specs that are: Cam Number Duration @ .050 Valve Lift Rocker Arm Centerline LS1-GT2-3 207 / 220 .571" / .578" 1.7 ratio 118.5 What are going to be the differences in sound and drivability between the two? I plan to get Long Engine Works in Elkton Md to do the swap for me. He is great and been around a long time. He did the milling for my block when I did a complete engine rebuild of my GMC Syclone. So besides what I have stated above, I'm obviously going to need a tune after the swap. I'm not sure, but I don't think Longs can tune it. It there any Dyno shops or performance shops in the Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia area that you would recommend or should I just send my PCM out? Thanks for all the help in advance guys.
  4. Hi guys. Great site. I own a 2006 Sierra Denali that doesn't have much done. My income will now allow me to do the mods that I've been wanting. Looking for tips and advice with my build. Hoping to become an active member since I have the GMC version of the SS.
