Hmm idk man ive turned the motor before but never been below the pistons i can tell you will need new head gaskets. Try spraying the cylinder walls with carb cleaner and wipe them down but i doubt its anything there its probably something else man whats the history on the motor?

Talk about sarcasm dude stop overreacting ha you're off of this site because you probably having trouble finishing off your truck.He is a part of the reason why I haven't been to this site for months. His bandwagon is the infamous V2. He doesn't run the cam, never installed one and checked PTV clearance on a LQ9 or measured pushrod length with it. Then gives out what is needed. Then gives a 400rpm difference in a converter stall.
Over the past year he has minipulated his setup and praised his edge converter that's supposedly about done for and led a poor guy to bad advice on a converter. And his bad ass cam is so bad ass he chooses a shelf cam to sell to everyone.
The cam is decent for a truck. In a car its a torquer. I would pick 20 other shelf cams before that for a truck. Get a custom grind and be done.
Btw Mr burns I have a unique setup and another unique setup coming up. And its speced and built by me.

Actually you are wrong. Im not disrespectful ive actually been disrespected way before I realized that most of y'all are on a bandwagon. I'd say one of the only people who originally helped me on this sight was shadowsniper. Im not going to hop on the bandwagon and let everybody in this site tell me whatever they feel oh no buddy you got another thing coming. Also dont talk shiiiit to me if youre online alright lol.

Dont listen to these guys they are slow lol and ride each other to the end. True a push rod doesnt touch the pistons only valves do in bad cases
Sounds good be sure to save up for ported 243s or you will be very dissapointed after bolting on stock 243s and not the ls3 intake the ls6 intake is what you mean
