  1. Recently put headers on my SS so I have the stock pipes and cats. They are still good to my knowledge, no codes were thrown for them. I have no idea what they are worth, PM me if interested. Also still looking for a cam!
  2. I would but I don't have plans for a stall so I think she would be a little more than I'm looking for.
  3. 2003 silverado ss. Let me know what you have available.
  4. Well guys the mods have officially started and I need a cam. I have a brand new rebuilt transmission stock converter. Volant cai w scoop. OBX longtube headers. I'm looking for a Z06 cam or slightly bigger and springs as well. Let me know if you have anything?
  5. I'd be interested in the trans shipped to 57105...
  6. Pretty sure my transmission is on it's way out since I don't have a 2nd gear. Let me know what you have and price, will need shipped to Sioux Falls. I have a set of OBX headers brand new in the box I may be willing to trade towards the cost of a transmission since that is a little more important.
  7. Knowing my luck I'm pretty sure I already know the answer but I'm going to ask anyway. My 03 SS doesn't want to shift out of first into 2nd unless I accelerate slow or let off the throttle. I'm pretty sure it then shifts to 3rd and when it tries to down shift from 3rd to 2nd it's like it is in neutral... Do I need to start planning for an R&R or is it possibly a servo issue? I'm pretty sure I don't have any issues with 4th, I think it's just 2nd.
  8. Are your dougs coated or 304 stainless? I need to get a set but they're for up here in South Dakota so durability is very important.
  9. Volant came in today, went outside to start assembly and luckily I realized they didnt' send me the damn bolts to put the adapter on the box! Hopefully the hardware store has some so I can get this thing in tonight!
  10. I really appreciate all of the help thus far. I don't plan on starting a build page by any means as the plans aren't extremely extensive yet. My Volant should be here tomorrow, after that I will be purchasing headers, servos, shift kit, and trans cooler.
  11. When you start putting those shift kits and servos in have you had problems with your Tcase and Diffs from the hard shifts?
  12. I just purchased a Volant CAI with scoop for $330 today. My next purchase will probably be OBX LT Headers and a custom tune by a gentleman here in town. That'll put me in the $1300 range right off the bat. I will be doing all the work myself with a little help from a certified GM mechanic.
