I did the whole assembly but maybe it was because they were aftermarket and not ac delco

Anyone have any ideas on my both my power windows go down fine and when I put them back up start off fast then slow down halfway up or almost stop then it takes off again and closes or other times it just stops almost up and when I let off and try again it will go up. I have replaced the window regulators on both and used silicone/ lithium grease and still is the same I'm not sure what it could be?
