I bought my 2006 ss almost a year ago and I decided to get a bakflip bed cover for it. It came with a spray on bed liner (line-X) but no bead rail protectors. There are 4 holes drilled into the bed rails where i believe there was a protector at one point, but it doesnt have anything now. So before i get the bakflip cover I want to get some bed rail protectors, any suggestions for a resonably priced one?

There computer is saying they wont fit because of the size difference. Had the same issue when I got a larger tire.
makes more sense now

I have worn my tires almost completely down because and I need new ones. I cant spend to much but I was looking at Nitto 420 302/50/20. I want something a little better than the 275/55/20 goodyear eagles which didnt seem to last long at all. Will the 305/50/20 fit without rubbing at all? I dont plan on dropping it at all. Obviously with everything else I want to do this year I dont want to spend over 1000.

It has no lock, but that's why I have a tail gate lock on the handle to make it a lock bakflip cover
what tailgate lock did you get?

The top of my tailgate is all chipped so I kinda wanted one that covered it. but its not that big of a deal

I would love to get a bed cover. I cant decide what to get though. I would like a hard cover but only spend like 1000 after everything. there is a little wiggleroom but thats what I would like to stay at. anyone have any suggestions, what to get what not to get. and hopefully I can get one that is already painted to match my truck. thank you for the input

Should the handle bezel just snap on and off? I dont want to break and when I tried to get it off the last time it wouldnt budge so I left it alone fearing that I would break it.

I drilled a bigger hole
