I intend to swap it to awd. I read on a forum that all you need is a transfer case out of an awd truck and leave it in 4hi unplugging the Actuator on the front diff, most of wich have 410 gears anyways. I guess my front differential has the 3.73 gears, so I would also need to change it to the 4.10?

Hey guys I've got a silverado z71 with the 3.73 gear rearend. I was thinking of doing a swap for the 4.10 I don't do any towing and was wondering how much more torque I could get as well as what else I would need to change to be compatible with the swap. Thanks
