  1. Right on man, yeah I came across that deal on the kit and just instantly decided to go through with the full ss clone lol If you know anyone needed misc cladding let me know. I have both cab corners and both rear doors. Also in search of the ss tailgate cap/spoiler. Not the wing though
  2. Thanks! I follow the first owner of the clone and also a guy Rufy who had the truck recently! Is that you? Haha love the truck and yes that is my motivation truck!
  3. Yes sir I have that thread saved! FYI the bumper was not bolted down anywhere that is why it sits like that lol just did it for a min
  4. I have a few pieces of cladding I won't be using for my SS clone. I am selling both rear door cladding and both cab corners. They are black in color. Located in Lincoln NE. I can ship since they are small. I am searching for the driver side REAR boxside cladding BEHIND rear wheel. What are some realistic prices to ask for these 4 pieces? Best offer will get them but you guys have experience with this cladding so let's hear some prices. ALL OEM PARTS. Can post pics later, I don't have any right now.
  5. I've seen that grille. And two of my clips on the grille are broken So I couldn't sell it. Unless you're okay with that lol
  6. Thanks for the compliments guys! Will keep you all posted. I took some pics of the bumper hanging on, not bolted down or lined up. Just clipped the very top of the grille. Beware it is not adjusted lol just for ideas! And obviously will be repainted red
  7. Just started a build thread.. Let me know what you Think guys and any input welcome! Check it out!
  8. My $150 complete OEM bumpers and cladding. Guy parting the SSS out had no idea what this stuff was worth... Drove a 16 hour round trip because who would ever pass that up???!! The only mocking up I did for the night. Just getting started and have a long ways to go!
  9. I don't think my iPhone 5 likes this site. Pics are hard to upload so I'll def have to figure that out. How it currently sits
  10. I traded my fbody Camaro for my dream truck back in March. It's a 2004 rcsb silverado. It's a 4.8 2wd. Very fun truck to begin with and I saw all the potential it had and had to finally make my move. It was completely stock when I got it, and so far I have put a 4/6 drop kit on it with all brand new parts (mcgaughys drop, spindles, balljoints, belltech shocks) as well as color matched all the handles and threw on a rollpan. Interior wise I swapped out the middle flip down seat for a center console whice I love! It made the truck look nice but it wasn't enough for me so I threw some wheels on and now I made the choice to do a complete SS clone. I just picked up my complete SSS bumpers and cladding kit yesterday and I'm gonna try my best to keep track of my build on here! Im very excited to finally Be doing my SS clone build as it's always been a dream! I am also doing a full TSP 224r cam kit, 3600 stall, gears, trutrac, rear sway bar, caltracs, and lots and lots of spray to give this 4.8 some power! I'll post some pics of when I first got the truck all the way up to my current progress! Thanks for checking it out!
  11. This is the current status with stock bumper and no claddings yet! Gonna start mocking it up tomorrow!
  12. My name is Devin and I've been on the site numerous amounts of times for window shopping and lots of research, and finally caved and made an account! I wanna try to share my build in pictures! I have a 2004 victory red RCSB Silverado! Owned a few f bodies but always wanted a RCSB and finally traded my last Camaro for once of the cleanest 160k mile RUST FREE 04 Silverado I've laid my eyes on. Completely stock to begin with! From suspension, wheels, interior, exterior touches (paint matched handles, and roll pan for now) to where it's at now is just the beginning of my SS clone build. It's been a dream to own one and especially an RCSB, ever since I laid eyes on my Grandpas 37k mile 1990 454 SS when I was big enough to walk! He still has that truck to this day and he's very excited as well to be helping me finally build my own personal baby SS clone! It's been a long day on the road! Drove a 16 hour round trip to pick up my complete SS cladding kit and bumpers. Thanks for reading guys. I'll try and keep you posted on the build.
