I'm an Atlanta Braves fan, does that count? Lol

Wow what a truck! Is it stock? Looks like it's well taken car of too.
-
Same here, I want one too

I don't understand the Gaylords to an ARE either. I've had both, and the Speedstur is by far the best cover I've ever had
-
Yeah that's mot as nice as I remember it...

An 87 year old lady had an SSS? Lol, that's awesome! Good find and welcome to the site!

Did the same shop check the front end both times? Is thewre play in the steering wheel before the tires start turning? (That "could be" play in the steering box)
If there is slop in the front end components, (tie rod ends. Pitman or idler arm), the alignment is not worth doing and won't be stable.
Has the steering wheel been removed? There should be index marks on the steering wheel hub and the end of the shaft to properly align the wheel on the shaft.
I am not certain about this but it may be possible that something in the front end components could be bent enough to cause the steering wheel to be off center but not keep the wheels from being properly aligned.
If you've only dealt with one shop I would search out another shop with a really good rep.
Best luck.
I am going to try a new shop, I think it's just more than an alignment. I'm guessing tie rods or ball joints.

The steering wheel in my SSS has some play in it, and the wheel is off center to the right. I had it aligned, and then re-checked, but it's still off. Does this sound like a steering box or ball joint issue to you guys?

Search search search. Plenty of info on these forums for basic mods.

Thats so ridiculous. Stupid people

Hey Dan, man you've had some rough times lately. Keep your head up though. We all go through them, and always remember to be thankful for all you do have. Even with you're hard luck, we still have it better than a lot of people. Best of luck from here on out!

Nice ride man! I bet you'll have fun modding a BMW.

+1 questions: Why does everyone put in a cooler T-stat? So it can cool down your cab faster?

Today I turn 27. It's my birthday and I'm stuck out on the road working a little bit today. Driving home from Iowa.
You were born two days before me! I turned 27 on March 30th.

Hey those aren't bad! Nice and clean
-
Wow, I haven't heard of the exhaust blowing up like that usually. I hate spending money on repair things instead of upgrade things.
-
Good luck man! 80% retrieval rate isn't bad, and you have a very recognizable vehicle, so hopefully it'll be fine!

Ah yes, I love that tonneau cover. I already contacted Gaylords and was quoted for a new one, it's my favorite one. Hopefully whoever owns it is taking care of it, I know I sure did.
-
That is a ton of miles with a procharger! And only a head gasket? Not bad. I'll be following this to see how hard it is to fix.

Congrats, looks just like the old one. Glad you where able to find a clean one! Saw your old truck driving yesterday I believe, keep us updated on your new one.
Does it still look the same?!
