Im not sure if I want to go with short headers or long headers, I would prefer long but the way I see them, looks like i will need to cut off the catalytic converters, which i don't really want to do. what do you guys recommend on this topic?

Hello, I recently got myself a 2005 silver birch Silverado SS. Im in college so I do not have a lot of money set aside for upgrades. I'm thinking on doing it little by little. I have in mind a CAI from K&N. I also want to do headers on it. so my question is.. What is the best brand of headers, or the best performing headers out there for this 6.0?
