I need the sheet metal piece that the driver side interior sill plate clips too. There are two under sill its the longer one in the front.

Looking for the sheet metal piece that holds the wiring harness and clips the driver side sill plate down. Its the longer of the two on the drivers side. Part # on the back should be 15177752 or 15286766
